Agreed services.

• That the Proprietor/facility will duplicate a selected Media either CD or DVD or both for the client(s) and undertake any works discussed or booked by the client and agreed by both Sides.
• The client(s) ensure the media is suitable for duplication and are responsibility for the end product matching any supplied mastered Disk supplied unless otherwise arranged.
• Cannot take on work or have any part in work not permitted by UK main land law.

Indemnity / Liability.

• The client(s) accepts that he/she/they will indemnify the facility / Proprietor / operators from any loss/damage costs and/or expense including legal costs suffered by the client due to or from
• The services offered, cancellation of services, any additional services either charged for or not.
• The use of unauthorised or copyright work within the clients work and any illegal, scandalous and obscene or libelous work.
• To damage caused to or faults in media or equipment in transient or that has left the place of manufacture.
• Media held In the facility/rooms or premises remain the reasonability of the owner and are left or used at the owners own risk. (Please back up your work!!)
• Personal injury to the client(s) or anyone from the media or supplied accessories including Cases and wallets etc.
• Incompatible DVD and CD player(s) Compatibility can not be guaranteed for all DVD or CD Systems, (However compatibility should be Around 90% for consumer media)
• No Liability is taken for variations in color from any master or screen imagine when compared to the printed media.
• Due to the variations of different types of media (CD, DVD) and different manufactures of media no liability is taken for the image (cover art work) not covering the einter printable area.

 Faculty breakdown or cancelled by facIlIty.

• In the event of a faculty breakdown a full refund will be given or a mutual rearrangement of services will be arranged.

• The client(s) accepts that all goods/media held in the facility/premises remain the reasonability of the owner and are left or used at the owners own risk. And that the facility / proprietor / operators cannot be liable for the theft, misappropriation or damage to equipment, media and any other items that may be crucial to the work or produced work.

Force Majeure.

• The facility /owners/ proprietor shall not labial for any failure to perform any of its services/obligations under this Agreement due to Force Majeure. Following notification by the facility /owners/ proprietor to the Client of such cause, the facility /owners/ proprietor shall be allowed a reasonable extension of time for the performance of its services/obligations.
• For the purpose of this Condition, 'Force Majeure' reefers to an Act of God, this may include explosion, flood, fire or accident, war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition, acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority import or export regulations or embargoes strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or power failure or breakdown of facilities.
